5/31/2021 UPDATE: We will be following CDC and New York State guidelines. Those who are fully vaccinated will not be required to wear a mask indoors but are more than welcome to, if preferred. Those who are not fully vaccinated will be required to wear their mask indoors when not seated and eating. We appreciate your cooperation.
All attendees must prove ONE of the following: 1) a negative COVID-19 PCR test result within 72 hours of the wedding, 2) a negative COVID-19 rapid test within 6 hours of the wedding, or 3) full vaccination (two weeks post second dose of Pfizer/Moderna or two weeks post Johnson & Johnson single dose). Proof of vaccination or a negative test can be a hard copy or photo. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET THIS PROOF AS THIS MAY IMPACT YOUR ABILITY TO ATTEND.
We decided to change our venue because The View at Battery Park provides outdoor space for the ceremony and cocktail hour, weather permitting. However, the reception will be indoors. The venue has replaced all HVAC filters to the required MERV 13A filters.
As vaccines become more widely available, we strongly encourage all our guests to receive the vaccine when they become eligible. This is not solely to make our wedding safer, but also to help the world get back to “normal”. We would never ask you to do something we had not done ourselves. We have both been fortunate enough to receive vaccines, as have our parents.
While we are doing our best to make this a safe event for our friends and family, we are aware of the potential risk in attending an event such as this one and understand if you are not able to attend.
